Shivalik Curv is a distinctive office tower in Gujarat International Finance Tech-City (GIFT City), India’s first operational Greenfield smart city. Rising to a height of 120 meters, this 32-storey landmark introduces a bold and fluid architectural identity to the rapidly transforming business district. It provides 47,000 sqm of premium workspace while also establishing a visual icon for the city’s financial and technology sectors.
Designed with a dynamic and fluid massing that creates a unique silhouette echoing the movement of life, the Curv's dynamic character emerges from its semicircular site and well-orchestrated vision lines, capturing captivating vistas as one ascends. The floor plate undergoes a 38-degree rotation, gradually ascending from the base to the pinnacle at each successive level. With each floor rotating by one degree, Shivalik Curv’s torsional form creates a kinetic silhouette that captures panoramic vistas and the spirit of a city in flux. The lean of 25 meters across its height imitates the graceful movements of the human torso, while the façade and exoskeleton-like frame reinforce its dynamic character.
The tower integrates architecture and landscape with fluid lines extending into the public realm, including a sculptural driveway and a green third-level terrace that opens into a soaring 107-meter atrium. Oriented to the east and north-east, this atrium bathes the interior in daylight and promotes user connectivity. The rooftop features a restaurant and amenity space overlooking the Sabarmati River and GIFT skyline.
Designed with environmental stewardship in mind, the building includes energy-efficient cooling systems, rainwater harvesting, solar panels, and daylight optimization. These features enhance user comfort while supporting the city’s vision for a sustainable urban ecosystem.
Shivalik Curv balances artistry with structural logic—the central service core anchors the complex geometry, offering cost-effective engineering without compromising its bold form. The flexible floorplates support a range of tenants, from startups to major financial institutions.
As a symbol of ambition, innovation, and sustainability, Shivalik Curv redefines the commercial skyline of GIFT City and stands as a benchmark for future-ready office developments.
