Located in the Dawutong emerging industrial belt of Luohu District, Shenzhen, the headquarters office building of CR Cement is adjacent to the large transportation hub, “Luohu North Station” in the east of Shenzhen. The project is reconstructed from Runqi Technology Building, one of the five landmark building in Luohu District, covering an area of 5,120 square meters and a building area of about 30,310 square meters. YiTian will complete the interior design of the project, with a total design area of 30,147 square meters. Proceeding from the multidimensional requirements of CR Cement, including basing on the brand value, making the scene empowerment and vertical planning, and insisting on principle of humanity and green and low-carbon, with the line of “build”, the designer propose the concept of “expressing from the architectural appearance to portray the future” to give creativity and vitality to the space, display the core spirit of the brand and shape the future of the enterprise. Creating a unique atmosphere that is both relaxed and slightly rigorous. The floor is grey, forming a sharp contrast with the gradient red carpet dotted here and there, clearly distinguishing the front desk area and presenting a simple yet distinct identity at the same time. This design maintains both rigor and vitality, allowing visitors to immediately feel the unique charm and serene atmosphere of the enterprise as soon as they step into the company. Under the growth planning of the development of finance and trade in south and the development of technology innovation in north, the completion of the office building of CR Cement headquarters helps Luohu District to build an innovative technology headquarters base, shouldering the mission of the development and transformation of the region’s science and technology innovation industry.
