Rooted in the scarce waterfront resources of Xi'an Chanba Ecological Zone, China Merchants BAYONE Project adopts "Living in a Serene Waterfront Haven, Hidden in a Luxury Natural Poem" as its core concept. Through systematic integration of planning, architecture, landscape and interior design, it creates a sustainable human settlement model that embodies both oriental humanistic spirit and international high-customization aesthetics.

At the master planning level, the project implements an all-high-rise layout strategy with a plot ratio of 2.0. By rotating the towers by 7.5° and adopting a "staggered arrangement", it maximizes the utilization efficiency of river view resources, enabling 56.3% of residential units to face the Ba River directly and significantly enhancing the fair sharing of natural resources. The entire site is elevated by 5.4 meters to form a "double ground floor" structural system, which not only strengthens flood resilience, but also frees up ground space for three-dimensional gardens and a multi-functional club system, building a multi-level and composite green public interface.

The building facades mainly use LOW-E insulating glass and stone-like aluminum panels as materials. Combined with an ultra-high window-to-floor ratio and transparent window design, they ensure thermal performance while introducing natural lighting and viewing vistas, reducing energy consumption from artificial lighting. The roofs adopt a combination of river-white aluminum panels and elastic coatings, which balance aesthetic performance and cost control at the non-human scale, reflecting the rationality and restraint in material application.

The project thoroughly implements the design logic of "architecture-landscape-interior integration": the community lobby serves as a "container of light", with its 13-meter high space blurring the boundary between indoor and outdoor areas; the super elevated floors incorporate functional modules such as "Zhiyu · Xingzhi Pavilion" and "Moxiang Elegant Gathering", activating the value of gray spaces through composite scenarios including shared book bars, study rooms and chess & card areas; the underground club and sky tea house are connected by vertical circulation routes, forming a three-dimensional living corridor. All public areas emphasize natural ventilation, green plant infiltration and low-intervention design, reducing reliance on mechanical systems.
