Emerald Riverside Pavilion, Hangzhou—poised at the very heart of the East New Town, where the Qiantang River meets the Grand Canal. Greentown Design, pairing global vision with local narrative, has re-imagined the benchmark for premium living.



1. 185 m² Model Unit

A French-profile cabinet in the entry quietly sets the tone for order; the sweeping living area is washed in muted tints. Cloud-like sofas and a metal coffee table strike a poised Parisian balance. Over the dining zone, a marble chandelier pools gentle light. The daughter’s room is a pastel playground; the parents’ retreat speaks in soft, caring neutrals. Study and master suite connect to form a private realm for thought and rest.



2. 161 m² Model Unit

Inspired by “the meaning of travel”, the designer frames this flat as an eclectic vessel for time-wanderers. An LDKB+X layout spins a seamless loop of discovery. Art objects in the foyer mark the ritual of return; warm timber and a marble pendant lamp stage intimate dinners. A full-height bookcase in the study swallows a library’s worth of journeys, while a lounge nook and mini-bar offer quiet pauses for body and mind.



3. Open Floor (Void Deck)

The architectural language is drawn outward into landscape. Outdoor lamps and planter bowls quote the building’s own lines, forging one continuous aesthetic. In the ground-floor lobby, underground drop-off and typical-floor lift lobbies, bold art light-boxes act as way-finding beacons, layering light and shadow to give the street-facing zones a distinct identity—and a sense of home.
