Strata Nexus represents an innovative high-rise mixed-use conceptual design on Qingnian Rd. in Wuhan, China, that aims to foster urban regeneration through avant-garde design principles. This project seamlessly integrates cultural, commercial, and office functionalities, redefining the future of high-rise structures within urban centres through the concept of "intersection and dynamic dislocation between floors."

The architectural layout of Strata Nexus is characterized by a stratified functional arrangement: the ground level features an expansive cultural and commercial area designed to provide interactive and recreational amenities; the intermediate levels accommodate exhibition venues to facilitate diverse cultural engagements; and the uppermost floor is dedicated to establishing an efficient and health-conscious office environment.
