This property development and design project focuses on creating an impactful presence with five residential towers positioned side by side. The project site enjoys the natural beauty of riverbanks and green belts, which have been integral to inspiring the project's design direction. The team has gone beyond conventional building aesthetics by incorporating curved elements into the towers' facade, strategically blending the structures with the surrounding environment. This innovative approach not only enhances the functionality and appeal of the space, offering a multi-dimensional experience for both residents and passersby, but also sets the stage for pioneering designs in the realm of modern residential architecture.



The residential building is positioned alongside the gently flowing river, offering a spacious and serene environment. To enhance the experience for residents and passersby, the architectural team has incorporated a generous 6-meter open space at the building's base, providing a tranquil spot for relaxation and social interaction. Moving outside, the facade is adorned with elegantly curved tiles, creating a dynamic and visually captivating concave and convex design reminiscent of a wind chime. As the wind gently sweeps through, the building comes alive with the melodious sound of tinkling wind chimes. This innovative building breaks away from the traditional square facades, opting instead for a unique, curved shape that ignites the imagination and invites all five senses to savor the beauty of the structure.



A captivating façade design is meticulously crafted with attention to every minute detail. To start, ornate panels and balconies are seamlessly woven together to create a continuous, flowing line, infusing warmth into the otherwise cold and rigid beam and column structure. The introduction of an undulating linear design on each floor breaks away from the traditional symmetrical architectural pattern, adding a dynamic and intriguing visual element. The gentle curvature of the streamlined design enhances the connection between the indoor space and the outdoor environment, ensuring a natural and unobtrusive visual transition. Furthermore, the color palette, featuring fresh teak with light-colored tiles and stones, integrates the building into the surrounding verdant greenery, presenting the city with a truly unique and captivating visual masterpiece.
