New Beginnings addresses homelessness as a persistent urban condition rather than a problem to be erased. The project reclaims ground-level space for the public while relocating supportive functions below, reducing conflict and rebalancing relationships within the city.

Light becomes the central design strategy. Introduced from above, it carries an inherent sense of equality—illuminating not only space, but also human dignity, behavior, and boundaries.

By integrating natural elements such as daylight, ventilation, and greenery, the project establishes a fundamental living framework that improves basic conditions and offers a starting point for a more humane urban life
