Located in Hefei, Anhui Province, China, the Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park is a distinctive and forward-thinking architectural complex with a total gross floor area of 46,223.8 m2. The park comprises 2 office buildings, 1 canteen, 1 exhibition hall, and 1 corridor building, which are designed to function in harmony and together form a fully integrated and efficiently laid-out working environment. JAC Group Co., Ltd., founded in 1964, is a global, integrated automotive enterprise group that encompasses the R&D, production, sales, and service of a full range of commercial and passenger vehicles, as well as services in mobility and financial sectors. To reflect JAC’s brand philosophy, “embracing diverse and sustainable values, focusing on the development of intelligent electric vehicle technologies, co-creating a lifestyle shaped by innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences”, the design concept of the Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park was closely aligned with this vision. From the cultural symbolism of “Wood and Stone” to the theme of “Dialogue Between Nature and Technology,” the design thoughtfully integrates JAC’s core values - sustainability, diversity, and tech-forward thinking - into both architecture and interior spaces. It envisions a new model of future workplace that blends ecology, comfort, personalization, and environmental consciousness.
