Situated in the heart of a bustling business district, the hotel offers a refined cultural sanctuary amid the urban landscape. Surrounded by culinary, historical, and artistic richness, the space serves as a gateway for guests to begin a poetic journey rooted in local heritage. The spatial narrative draws inspiration from classical Chinese culture, especially the renowned Yuelu Academy. Upon entering the first-floor lobby, guests encounter a soaring book tower symbolizing wisdom and cultural inheritance. Elements such as golden maple leaves, the Six Dynasties Pine, and soft lighting are transformed into visual metaphors, weaving tradition into the spatial experience.Cultural Lift Experience. The hotel lift embodies a poetic passage through Changsha’s history. Gentle lighting and a wall inscription—"The great river going east..."—evoke the literary pride of Hunan culture. Each ride feels like a turn of a historic scroll, offering an intimate and immersive cultural encounter. The Sky Lobby – Where Culture Meets Nature. Located on the 36th floor, the Sky Lobby merges aesthetics and tradition. Transparent partitions, minimalist furnishings, and the presence of vivid red maple trees evoke a contemporary yet emotional atmosphere. Framed by panoramic city views, the space recalls the verse "ten thousand mountains red all over," presenting a living canvas where nature and humanity blend.
Artistic Gastronomy Space. The all-day dining restaurant celebrates local spirit through vibrant design language. A striking red chili art installation reflects Changsha's fiery warmth, while metal boat sculptures and scroll-like lighting enrich the narrative. Elsewhere, guests pass through corridors lined with lattice bookshelves inspired by ancient academic designs, encounter symbolic sculptures such as a horse in mid-motion, and discover tranquil corners like the Moon Gate Book Pavilion. The guestrooms continue the poetic theme, with headboard designs resembling clusters of books encircled by golden wire—recalling the idiom "books contain golden houses." Every space is crafted with narrative intent, blending local culture with modern refinement. The result is a layered, immersive environment that invites visitors to slow down, reflect, and connect deeply with the poetic soul of the city.
