This project is located in the center of Queyue Town, Phase 9 of Aranya, Beidaihe. Its core challenge and unique charm lie

in its "multiple identities"—it serves as a holiday sanctuary where RoMaa and her family can escape the city and relax, an open and inclusive social space where friends can be comfortably hosted and small parties held, and, most importantly, a visual display and shooting venue for the women's shoe brand "Milooey Shoes". The design inspiration stems from exploring the community attributes of the space. Combined with the diverse lifestyle of the Aranya community, it was ultimately decided to create an integrated residence, commerce and social space to meet the project's multiple functional needs. Its innovative highlights lie in drawing inspiration from "Milooey Shoes" designs, seamlessly integrating brand elements into daily life scenarios: artistic installations are crafted from the leather materials used in the shoes, chandeliers and carpets are made from horsehair and special fabrics, and the coffee table in the reception room is transformed into a small display stand showcasing shoe design drafts and production processes, allowing elements of women's shoes to blend into Luoma's home in a life-like manner. The greatest difficulty during the design process was balancing the integrated attributes of "residence + commerce + social space"—it needed to embody the fashion sense of commercial design while maintaining the practicality and functionality of a residence. Additionally, the incorporation of commercial props in the space increased the difficulty of implementation, requiring precise control over the proportion and presentation of each element in the design.
