This project represents an innovative residential building design concept that draws inspiration from the serene experience of strolling through Suzhou's enchanting gardens, coupled with the client's deep passion for yachting. By seamlessly integrating elements reminiscent of the bamboo forests found in Suzhou and incorporating unique patented grille designs, this concept not only captures the refined elegance of contemporary Oriental aesthetics but also significantly enhances privacy, security, and ventilation efficiency throughout the residence. Moreover, the striking yacht-shaped pavilion perched gracefully atop the building serves as a defining feature of the city's skyline. This luxurious space invites residents to engage in daily interactions, unwind in a tranquil setting, and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views. Ultimately, this design aspires to elevate the experience of urban living, adding depth, character, and a sense of imagination to the environment. In designing the entrance courtyard of the building, the team embraced a staggered bamboo forest landscape that captures the enchanting imagery of Suzhou gardens. This thoughtful approach not only creates a visually striking environment but also offers a layered walking experience that invites exploration.



For the building's facade, the team carefully selected warm earth tones as the foundational color, ensuring a seamless harmony with the surrounding landscape. Enhancing both aesthetic appeal and functionality, the balconies feature a patented lattice design that mirrors the elegance of the bamboo forest. Importantly, this innovative design also significantly mitigates safety risks for children, adeptly balancing beauty with practicality.



Moreover, on the top floor, the team introduced an eye-catching yacht-shaped pavilion, providing residents with a serene space for interaction, relaxation, and contemplation. This unique architectural element enriches the hustle and bustle of daily life, imbuing it with a refreshing sense of freedom, comfort, and innovation.In pursuit of a comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable living environment, this design thoughtfully integrates eco-friendly principles. To begin with, the front yard of the building boasts vibrant landscaping, which not only enhances the beauty of the urban landscape but also plays a crucial role in mitigating the urban heat island effect.
